@ ...
@replicationofbeauty p90x doesn't do a whole lot in helping you gain muscle mass, but rather confuses your muscle by doing mix workouts. People who look ripped are those who have their muscles toned before their p90x. The loss of weight makes it more visible.

@highflyers7 I'm ...
@highflyers7 I'm eating roughly 6 times a day and mostly protein. I'm down to two whole grain carbs a day. For example 1 cup of whole grain cereal and 1/2 cup whole grain rice. Otherwise it's fish, chicken and 93% lean burger. I only do red meat once a week.

@Remeety It depends ...
@Remeety It depends on the day. I always have a whole grain carb for breakfast now. If I'm going to work out in an hour after I wake up I usually have 1 cup of Bran Flakes or a homemade low cal Bran Muffin. If I'm going to be working out two hours after I get up then I eat 1/3 cup oatmeal. Oatmeal gives me tons of energy for the workouts. Try having 1/4 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese if you don't just want carbs in your stomach to get some protein in.
