I have been reading th nutrition plan back and forth and forth and back and you guys have been so hlpful but i just cannot seem to fully understand and am afraid i wont reach my goals because i am not able to configure a proper meal plan first off im not a guy with a lot of time to cook let alone i can't cook lol i mainly use my microwave and my foreman i know the healthiest way to go would be to shelter myself from the microwave and def avoid fast foods but i cannot seem to find anything i would just have no problem eating everyday while knowing it meets all requirements if there is a few simple meals that you guys know of that are extremely easy to prepare within a short time period i would much appreciate the suggestions because i do not want to get this wrong because first round is the fat shredder and that is mainly wat i want to do so it would be ashame starting off dissappointed because of my own fault of not being compotent enuff to make a simple menu i am in phase one and this is prob the hardest part of the entire program but im not goin to give up it sucks becuz i cant eat lettuce or tomato could really use some help add as a buddy if you get the chance…..Ty in advance
