(Shaun T Insanity) Day 5 – Pure Cardio – Dig Deeper with Beachbody Workouts

Shaun T’s Insanity Workout Day 5 was Pure Cardio.  By far the most high intensity cardio workout that I have ever done in my life.

Talk about non-stop core training, power training, interval training, plyometrics, and heavy breathing the whole time.

Great workout and hopefully I’ll be able to amke it all of the way through without dying a few times along the way, right?

    Pure Cardio is brutal. I almost pulled a groin when I slipped on the sweat that was on my hardwood floors from doing it.

    Yeah, I figured that it was “pure cardio” so it might be easier with less power, plyometrics, jumping, and all of that other stuff… I was WRONG! It was the most grueling workout that I have ever done.
