OK, I’m jumping into Team Beachbody’s INSANITY Workout with all I’ve got… Who’s with me?
This workout is no joke and really shouldn’t be attempted unless you are pretty healthy and ready to be exhausted & sore.

Well, now that I’ve completed the Day #1 Fit Test I think I’m going to crawl into a ball and hide for the rest of the day.
That might have been the most challenging 31 minutes that I have experienced since playing high school basketball and running suicides all day long.

I started fit test today – 3hrs later found your posting.
I almost died in the fit test… DIED (3x!!)
I’m roughly same body type … plenty of love handles…jumping in full bore.
Your fit test results were higher than me in some categories and I rocked you in others. Lets get it on man! BRING IT!

Yeah, I was shocked at how hard it was!
What were your numbers? I wasn’t sure how to score some of them so like the switch kicks, Obliques, and any of the other drills that did 1 rep for each side I counted 1 for left & 1 for right as 1 total. Not sure if that’s right or not, but as long as I score it the same each time I’ll be on track!
Kinda scared about tomorrow considering how intense today was!

same counting as you – one set counting both rt&Lft then another alternating etc. – as long as I know….
Couldn’t make it through today’s – sat through 30-35% of the stuff! Crazy hard – I guess its that pathetic how fat I is!!
