so i did this routine, it killed my legs a lot, but my back also hurts a little bit, that means i made something or is it normal to kill you back too?

that’s ok, just work to the 3 circuits…
I started with 1, then 2 and now i’m doing this 3 times.
It’s indeed a true killer. When i’m back from holiday I start with 2 circuits and then work to 3.
#4 is a true killer for me!
after doin this routine today it felt like doctore came out of my ass
first time i did this i only did it once, didnt think a stationary workout like that could be rough

This workout is great! I do it 3 days a week(Tues/Thurs/Sat) along with rock climbing 3 days a week(Mon/Weds/Fri) resting on Sunday’s and biking everywhere and the results are great!
@ReallyCmonGETaLIFE doing it everyday isn’t going to make it much better, you need the recovery time to actually build muscle

This workout will not make you look like those guys from “300″ . That whole movie was made with special effects. This is a good core workout.
