    Im going good, ive got a much flatter stomach than before but still some fat there. What Im doing is: taking less calories, so eating less, cut out snacks, if I get peckish i get a drink of water… Do more, instead of playing FIFA all day I started going to play more football. I do around 120 crunches and 120 ab curls (I think their called) each day
