    @Claire000001 well exercising is only half the battle, you gotta eat right too and get good sleep. one week really isnt that long even the pro workouts only promise results by 28 days,

    ok… i’ve been doing this for a week and i have done some other ab and muscle workouts and yet i’m not seeing a starting result… what’s up?! i know i’ve been doing it hard enough cause i sweat alot during them…. so what’s up!?! help!?

    @nickieyou You’re not gonna bulk up, trust me. That’s the biggest myth for women who work out. You NEED strength training to burn calories better. And since it’s summer, for cardio, you can go swimming. I personally know women who lift heavy weights all the time and they aren’t bulky at all. The “bulky” female bodybuilders you see have to use supplements and steroids to get that way. And also train 20 times harder than the average fit person. So good luck! (also, diet plays a big role too)
