    @SpoOox619 trust mehh I feel embrassaed too im 17 and im 183 pounds but what u have to do is drink alot of water and try really hard to stop with the sweets maybe after 3 days of drinking waer and watching what u eat then maybe u can eat a couple of chips or a chocolate bar and a half of soda becuz u cant entirely take sweets out of ur diet becuz if u do when u relasps and get off the diet u’ll eat more of the sweets then wat ur used to and thats not good

    I thought it was helpful but we I stop eating chips or candy I can’t hold my self and I am 14 an weight 67 I am imbarresed when my family ask me how do you weight :,(

    You are so right! I was only able to lose weight and jkeep it off once I stopped setting goals to be met at a specific time. I have been losing weight since January 2011 and have lost 30 lbs so far. Still have 80 to go. I didn’t do a complete change of lifestyle. All I am doing is trying to eat more white fish and less carbs. I am not measuring anything or logging anything. Just doing it by eye. Protein should be the size of a deck of cards. Carbs, no more than a fist.

    Congrats on your amazing success. You look beautiful. However, I see that you aren’t at a normal BMI. I’m discovering that it is rare for an obese person to reach at a normal BMI and very rare for that person to stay at a normal BMI. Per long-term studies, it seems that only 2% of obese people can achieve this feat! That is a staggering statistic, but if one doesn’t know that this like climbing Mt Everest, one will never prepare, plan, etc. for the ascent.

    I hope you are part of that 2%!

    i am twelve years old and i know i shouldnt b worring about weight but i am …i am really short but im not petite so thts no held…its really hard 4 me not to eat tht junk food cause u c family eating it and people at school …. i would really like to b tht skinny cheer leader girl but i dont think thts gonna happen…my mom siter ect call me fat so tht helps nothing if u want to c what i look like i do have videos but they r kinda weird and old but if not i am just asking 4 some help :(
