the plyo workout is … the plyo workout is no joke! i can run 5 miles, do 25 pull ups and 150 crunches in a minute and have 11 % bf and found this workout challenging. I love p90!! especially opened my eyes to the importance of streching and yoga

I substitute Core Syn for Yoga X. Much more effective for me. Honestly, Yoga is just needless pain and suffering in my honest opinion. Stretch X covers any flexibility issues you might have, and Core Syn covers the abs that Yoga X covers as well.
As for the video poster, stick with it, the soreness will go away after the first week.
itzduckiie….ur … itzduckiie….ur suppost 2 do the p90x 6 days a week rest or stretch on the 7th bt like he was sayin u will get sore overload slowly at 1st if u find it hard do it every other day stretch on the days u dont do it…thts my advise
@Food4theEars Yeah … @Food4theEars Yeah I see now. I being doing research on the INSANITY program to see if it would really benefit me. I guess it would help me boost my cardio. I’m in great shape, but some of these strength training workouts are still pretty tough. I don’t have a problem with cardio workouts at all. I only weigh like 160lbs lol. I might just stick to P90X for the strength so I can get bigger and more cut up. I will try the INSTANITY program in a couple of months.
@johneblaze82 the … @johneblaze82 the insanity is different than the p90x tho, p90 is strength and cardio.. the intense in pretty much straight cardio just getting your heart rate going at crazy rates
